One record. Poster, post, print.

Four tools that all draw through the same renderer and read the same canon, so a flyer on a pole, a carousel in a feed and a tent on the bar cannot disagree about a night. Build the poster first — everything else reads the project file it saves.

Two doors

One asks which night. The other asks nothing.

Why two and not four

Because the line is not "print vs social". It is whether there is a night in it.

Anything with a night in it is one document. A poster, a story, a table tent and the card on the screen behind the bar are the same facts at different sizes — so they are one tool, and changing the night changes all of them at once. There used to be three renderers for that: a single-face table card in the studio, a two-face tent in the print pieces, and a third set of cards in the room display. A menu on the bar and the same menu on the screen could disagree, and nothing would have said so.
Anything with no night in it is the identity. The marks, the code, the ladder — these do not change when the calendar does, and they are the same on every night you ever run. They stay in the brand kit, which reads brand.json live, so editing canon edits them.
What is not here. Outreach — who you told, when, and what came back — is operator data. Media contacts and pitch status live in the Console behind the access gate, not on these pages. These make the artwork; the Console tracks the campaign.
