WHICH ACT
The show pack builds one post per act plus a carousel of all {{ actCount }} — you do not have to step through them here.
WHICH LINE — {{ canonGroupLabel }}
Read live from the house canon. Every size, style and variant on this page works on it — it is the same document with different words.
WHO IT IS FOR
{{ runGapNote }}
The dates are deliberately not on it — this piece says the run exists and when it recurs, and the code carries whoever wants the dates to its page. SERIES RUN is the one that lists them.

HOW THEY SIT TOGETHER
{{ everyoneLayoutNote }}
A cut-out is a headshot with the background removed, so several people can overlap. Where there is no cut-out this uses the act's headshot — a working poster, just less clean. Switch it off and only cut-outs are drawn.

INSERT SIZE×inches
Measure the holder you already own — the insert is trimmed to this, so it has to match. Exports at 300 DPI either way.
SIGNED
Goes on every poster, card and caption. Clear both to sign nothing.

PRINT STYLE
ARTIFACT = kraft stock, stamp-rust ink, the [S]² mark + SET & SIGNAL lockup. Same print DNA as the envelope + tickets. A material, not a lower tier — SIGNAL and ARTIFACT are peers.

THE COPY — LOCK THE INFO, FREE THE ART
{{ billStatusHead }}
{{ billStatusNames }}
They are on the bill and will not print until each one is cleared — the act's card in the console, CONTRACT. Nothing here can clear them for you: a name on a poster says somebody is appearing.
{{ clockStatusHead }}
{{ clockStatusNames }}
Set DOORS on the night in the console (and START, if the first act is later) and they land here. A week ahead nobody can read a time off is an announcement, not something anyone can plan around.
{{ liveStatusHead }}
{{ liveStatusNames }}
A DRAFT is not on the public calendar and its checkout is refused; a HELD date is public and deliberately not buyable. Printing ahead is fine — the codes do not change when you publish — but hand nothing out until they do.
UNLOCK ONE →
Lifts that line out of the base layout into a draggable TITLE layer — the night's own copy then moves, resizes, rotates and stacks like anything else. LINEUP frees one layer per act.
The dates + bills fill in from the calendar, and every confirmed act prints on its own line — the same listing a single night's flyer gives. A night with no bill yet says LINEUP TBA and grows as you book.
NIGHTS WITH NO BILL SAY →
For a show that never has one — an open mic writes itself on the night. Empty the box to print nothing at all.
TWO EVENTS — LEFT | RIGHT
HEADLINERS ONLY prints the top name on each side and drops the rest of that side’s bill, and each side’s image draws whole instead of cropping to fill — so a transparent PNG cut-out arrives as a cut-out, standing on the band. The full bill stays in the field either way, so switching back loses nothing.

POSTER IMAGE · the background / hero art

LAYERS · drag on the poster to place
{{ creditRailNote }}
Elements that sit ON TOP of the poster. IMAGE = any picture — a transparent cutout, a photograph, a logo — croppable to a shape. TEXT = words, on brand. PLATE = a solid shape you slide UNDER words so they stay readable over busy art. LIST = a headed run of name/price rows (drinks, food, a bill). Everything drags; select a layer to size, rotate, or reset it. (The full background is POSTER IMAGE, above.)
No layers yet. Add an image, some text, a plate, or a list.

MANY PIECES AT ONCE
EVERYTHING FOR ONE NIGHT
{{ packNote }}
Drop your photos in once — every post in the pack uses them.
Every layer, every field, every image — one file. The .ZIP unpacks the artwork as real PNG/JPEG next to a readable poster.json (plus a rendered preview), so you can hand it to a designer or a script. The .JSON is one self-contained file with the images inlined. Both reopen here, signed in or not. Nothing is uploaded.
Wipes every layer, all the copy and the artwork back to a blank canvas — your size / style / layout picks stay. Save first if you want it back. (One layer at a time: × on its row. Back to its default spot: ⟲.)

EVERY PIECE THIS NIGHT EMITS{{ galleryCount }}
{{ galleryGapsLabel }} — NOTHING HERE STOPS AN EXPORT
A held piece leaves the show pack and the publish — it is not deleted, and releasing it puts it straight back. Holds travel with the project, so a night you fixed stays fixed when you reopen it. HOLD and PUBLISHED are different questions: hold is what the NEXT publish will send, published is what somebody can open RIGHT NOW. Only kit pieces publish — the show pack downloads as a zip, so it reads DOWNLOAD ONLY rather than pretending it is missing.
